TURBO 20 is a light grey, self-compacting concrete with really impressive properties. Its extremely rapid strength development makes it almost indispensable for special requirements, for example when a stable base for a workpiece is needed so that work on the standing figure can continue immediately. It is also ideal for casting figures and is widely used as high-quality exposed concrete because it is extremely flowable and results in almost perfect, pore-free casting surfaces. The compressive strength after 28 days reaches up to 70 N/mm².
TURBO 20 grout is easy to work with, almost without shrinkage and reaches a very high strength and frost resistance extremely fast. Due to the rapid hardening, it is possible to make use of the moulds several times a day. For processing you should definitely use a machine, as the concrete only reaches its optimum flow properties after intensive mixing. For small amounts a drill with paddle mixer or an agitator is sufficient, but for larger quantities you need a compulsory mixer.
